Mother Earth: What Can I Do?
by Barbara Creswell

The water we drink, the food we eat, the air we breathe are gifts from our precious Mother Earth. We are free to explore Mother Earth, to live on Mother Earth, to walk her forests, paddle her rivers, traverse her trails. Earth sustains us. Without our Mother we cannot survive.

The earth sustains us. Do we sustain Earth?

Shambhala, Eden, Shangri-La -- our myths and legends remind us of a time when Human'kind' and nature co-existed in harmony and peace. Times have changed. Mother Earth is capricious -- both presenting us with beautiful Edenic moments and walloping us with nature's fury. The Biblical accounts of Eden seem far removed from the earthquakes that trigger tsunamis and the tornadoes that rip through the heart of our country. What has happened? Can we ever return to Eden? Are we closing in on the end of time? Is Mother Earth breathing her last breath?

Mother Earth is burdened. Collectively we have disregarded the laws of nature, we have systematically raped the earth, and we have poisoned her waters. Earth has become a reflection of our collective unconscious -- polluted, discordant and struggling to find the light. We no longer sustain Mother Earth.

The Law of the One
Mother Earth, what can I do? I live here, in Minnesota, in the midst of a city. I hear your cries and I know not how to answer. What can I do? I am one and alone. Yet I know this is my key. For God in me is the Law of the One...and therefore, because I AM alone in the One, and the One is all one with all who are of the One -- through that "I," through that "Me" and me alone,
God can change the world!

If we extrapolate the law of the one, we realize that what we do as an individual correlates with what we, collectively, create as a group. Our thoughts, our words and our deeds imprint upon the cosmos. Every word we speak has an energy vibration. That energy vibration, like a drop of rain pinging into a puddle, creates a "wake," concentric circles of vibration that extend beyond our being. That vibration intersects with vibrations sent out by others. It can "catch" a similar vibration and gain speed and impetus. With enough ongoing "catches," a mighty wave can build. This wave becomes a "tone" in the collective unconscious. We hold the key to Earth's future. The tones of kindness, love and compassion are the key.

Peace Be Still and Know that I AM God
Jesus had the power to still nature. In the midst of a raging storm, he uttered the simple words, "Peace be still." Jesus held no fear. Jesus was "empty." "The Prince of this world cometh and findeth nothing in me." Jesus was in harmony with the Creator. His vibration was all-one with God.

St. Francis of Assissi communed with nature. Birds were known to sit upon his head and feed out of his hand. St. Francis, like Jesus, eradicated fear. St. Francis exuded a vibration of love, peace and compassion. Compassion and forgiveness is a universal unguent, healing and sealing wounds and scars. Compassion towards each other teaches us compassion to Mother Earth. Compassion to Mother Earth teaches us compassion to each other.

As we become more Christ-like, and personify peace and harmony in our thoughts and feelings, we become healers. Like the woman who touched the hem of Jesus garment and was healed, our vibration radiates out from us to either wound or heal.

Violet Light heals Earth
Light absorbs the darkness. Darkness absorbed, is no more. Light, when placed through a prism, separates into vibrations. One of the highest vibrating spectrums is violet. The alchemical fire, light tinged with a violet hue, when called into action by sons and daughters of God, can be used as a cosmic erasure to heal fissures and schisms in the minds of men and their resulting 'man'ifestation in nature.

Mantras, verbalized repetitions of words, create a strong vibrational energy field capable of holding and sustaining great light. This light, invoked daily, can heal the unconscious and can heal Mother Earth.

"Beloved I AM presence, in the name of my Holy Christ Self, and by the love, wisdom and power within my heart, I call forth the action of transmutation by the fire of my being, multiplied by the violet flame. I call forth this action on behalf of Mother Earth. Fill the Earth with Violet Flame. The Earth is an earth of Violet Fire. The earth is the Purity God desires." Repeat this phrase, using repetition to build the energy field.
