| Secrets Along The Path by Christina Rose I grew up in Chisholm, Minn., a small town on the Mesabi Iron Range. At age 17, I had not even been to the Twin Cities. Since that time, I have been in more than 80 countries and lived in 22 cities in three countries. Had I believed all I was told when I was child, I would not be alive now. Instead, I opened up (I thought), and started to explore my destiny with a partially open, though skeptical, mind. By struggling with the status quo, I found that growth comes in many small and a few large steps -- all followed by a period of integration of varying lengths. Looking back on the journey, the results of the small steps can be quite profound. When I thought I had awakened spiritually, the labels that society would have applied to me were: male corporate executive, father, husband, and teacher. The current labels are: female, transexual, woman, extraterrestrial, father, teacher, multi-dimensional light worker, and healer. And, except at the births of my two boys Dante and Dave, I have never been happier. But I now find that these labels are also interim steps to discovering who I really am. I now experience my life and the universes through an even more expansive set of lenses, while living a challenging though wonderful life here. How does one come to create such dramatic change without losing everything, including their mind? Frankly, the pain had gotten so great inside me that I could no longer continue to live the life I had created. I had tried to fit in and to ignore my inner self my entire life. I gradually discovered that the secrets to change are simple. If that is true, then why don't more people discover their true selves and find their joy? The answer is that people fear what they might find. They would rather feel safe locked in their limitation, fear, doubt and complacency than run the risk that their quest for joy may result in failure for them. The enormity of my changes and experience tell me that the joy DOES exist for everyone, though your journey need not be as dramatic as mine. You won't however, have the humorous stories I have to tell. As a part of All That Is, know that you have access to all the answers to permit yourself to be the unique expression of soul that is your destiny. The question is whether you will do it the easy way or the hard way...or not at all. Illusion, control, limitation and ego are all obstacles to accessing this power and the joy of co-creation that is now available to us. So how do I get beyond these limitations? I have found the keys to self-discovery are the willingness to let go, and the willingness to receive. Sounds easy, doesn't it? If asked, I am sure everyone would say they do that. Letting go of your ego and the illusion of control are so freeing and empowering. Here are some of the tools for your use on the journey: ´ Follow the energy. Whenever you feel emotion, fear, doubt or anything that makes you pull back or shut down, or that gloriously opens you up, move forward into the opportunity of understanding with an open mind AND heart. Darkness exposed to light loses its power. Be willing to see yourself without the lenses (of limitation) that your parents used. See yourself as more than your body, personality or current life situation. ´ Learn to look at yourself objectively and to forgive yourself for not being who everyone expects you to be. It can be amazingly empowering. The pressure we feel to fit in and please everyone, causes pain, fatigue, boredom and dis-ease within...and besides, we then age sooooo quickly! It took me 49 years to acknowledge what I knew at age 3...that my core human identity was that of a woman -- not the male body I was born into. It was NEVER about sexual preference! It is about my identity! There was not one day in those 49 years that I didn't think about who I am, yet I hid it as though it was a curse. With the unconditional love of my sons and friends all over the world, I realized that opening this door permits me to make the contributions to humanity I was destined to make. Only now do I understand that in order to be the fusion of the male and female, I had to become physically female. As spirit said, you are an "in your face example" of what humanity needs to do to heal itself as the pendulum begins to swing to a matriarchal society. And this doesn't even take into account my struggle with awakening to my connection to my space brothers and sisters of light. I now access the amazing gift of using energy to heal, to help others transform and find their true selves, to prepare people structurally to live in the new world we are creating, and to help create a grid on six continents that now is in use by the indigo and crystalline children to experience ONENESS on the physical plane. This gift awaits you when and if you are ready. And despite all this, my friends tell me that I am now a very grounded, loving, conscious, fun person to be around. ´ Learn to trust and surrender to your inner knowingness. Your natural state is happiness. Begin to look inside for your answers and build a trust in your inner voice and connection to spirit. Once you begin to trust, the knowingness and instantaneous answers you receive may save your life as often as they have mine. The real changes didn't occur until I learned the words trust and surrender. When I started my transition to female and was sent by spirit to Egypt, I still had a difficult time trusting that what I was experiencing was real. Then Christ appeared to me in the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid in Giza, put his hand inside my heart, and said, "You are not a mistake in this world." Only then was I able to see that when I listened to spirit, miracles occurred. ´ Discover what love is, and then open to receive it. As you change, some people will judge you because of the issues you provoke in them. Their envy of your courage can be used by some as a tool of manipulation to keep you "in the fold." KNOW that it is OK to release people from your life, because you will soon begin to attract people who will love and respect you for who you are. The Family of Light is coming together now more than ever. ´ Learn to create boundaries, not barriers. The moment you go into fear and build a barrier to protect yourself, you IMMEDIATELY attract to you the force that will break it down. It's simple physics. Once you connect with your inner power, the world begins to entrain with you and you don't need the barriers. A boundary simply alerts us to the fact that it is time to take action of some kind. It makes your relationships magical, for only those based on love remain in your life. Is that frightening to you? ´ Learn to live in the moment and release all the limited beliefs of the past that are no longer apply. The only karma we have now is based on what we do today...instant karma. You can stop making excuses and permitting books or classes to limit your experience of discovering self-love and a sense of wholeness. Stop looking outside yourself for answers by taking class after class without applying the wisdom. If you are still looking for answers outside yourself these days when the planetary frequency has gone from the 7.5 cycles per second that you were born at, to nearly 14 cycles per second now, you are looking for answers in chaos. That is not the way to find peace and love and self. Love yourself enough to go within and discover the part of you that is God. The role I have chosen in this world is not an easy one. When I simply walk into a room, my presence forces people to choose: Do they choose to love me or to judge me? In a nanosecond, I can tell how evolved people are. My role however, regardless of their response, is to smile and love them as I look them directly in the eyes. Most people who judge cannot return the look or the love. We are defined by who we love and how we choose to love them, and the choices we make along the way. Unless One is willing to begin the journey by going beyond the limitations and fear, the Holy Grail of self will not be attained. I assure you it is worth every step of the transcendence.
