| Frequencies of Light: Moving Beyond
the Mind The Light Page | by Suzie Black Today I spent part of the day counseling a student on one of my least favorite topics: the fascination of the mind and the illusion that if one thinks about something long enough, an answer will arise. Often, the opposite is true! Even someone devout in learning energy work can be fascinated with the content of their mind, listening to recurring thoughts on what "could" have been said during that argument, how right or wrong someone is, what could be said now, etc. This sort of thinking creates a huge miasma of useless energy that will never give up the higher answers desired. Useless? Finding true insight Yes, useless. The concept that the mind can provide thoughts to work out of a situation is a total illusion. Insight comes from levels higher than the mind -- the Soul, Greater Consciousness, Monadic levels, or Oneness, to name a few. When the mind is clear, the heart knows. Out of that comes the insights and perhaps words to express it. The needed energy is flow, ease and peace in the mind so the greater insights can coalesce in clarity from these greater levels. Even the basic visualization of the mind being a clear mountain lake is helpful. The mind is enmeshed in habit and routine. Unresolved issues float around and in their continual motion take up time, energy and eventually make enough lack of flow to impact the emotional. From that level, frustration begins to enter in. Lack of flow in the mind is endless thought, a ceaselessly repeating pattern of circular thought involving meaningless and senseless data, often relating to the past or future desires. Lack of flow in the emotional level is a sense of not feeling good about something, often one's self. Discomfort, lack of well-being and a general frustration ends up in worry, anxiety and sometimes tears. Can you see how one level moves to another? It's all tangled-up energy. The more you THINK about it, the more tangled it gets. It feels hopeless, because it's very hard to contact the peace of the Soul in this state! In personal readings, I often spend a good deal of time working energetically, a sort of healing work actually, to get a client to the place where clarity can happen. While I talk to them, I am working on unraveling whatever levels are scrambled and twisted up. What is occurring from an energy perspective is quite simple. Mental energy can easily become tangled, and when it is congested enough it will affect the emotional. Worry and tension set in, and if that continues to progress, one has physical discomfort and the beginnings of manifestation of disease. People often come in for readings in these states. Thoughts are frequencies A pivotal part of learning energy work is the realization that all thoughts are frequencies of light. In other articles, we've discussed colors being frequencies, as well. Blues deal with oneness and the connection to the Divine, and yellows occur in the development of individuality and the connection between several different levels of consciousness (such as the angelic, devic or crystalline levels). Masters are connected to colors and their coordinating frequencies. Blue is popular, because it is the energy of peace. The blue Master is El Morya, and that energy supports the goal of spiritual surrender to a higher truth. The phrase used is, "Thy will, not my will." You could wear more blue, or think of it, or ask for a connection and the assistance of El Morya if more peace is desired, or even for loneliness. Connection to oneness fulfills the sense of loneliness. Emanations from the Masters are very real. Pink transmutes negativity. Gold connects us to the eternal wisdom of the Soul. Releasing old patterns is assisted by orange energy, even if that is the transition of death. Masters on the orange ray include Lao Tsu and Kwan Yin and many other Masters of compassion. It's not necessary to know which Master is associated with which Ray or what color. Following intuitive feelings to wear a particular color works just as well! When your energy field is depleted of a certain color, you'll naturally be drawn to it as a way to become "whole" again. Frequencies coming into dominance This winter, much energy is going into the physical and moving out into manifestation. Questions of life purpose will be uppermost for many. This can create deep stirrings within, along with a desire to serve and be more connected in a meaningful way to others. The Master who assists energies of life purpose is called Mahacohan. Any Chohan is an enormous energy. The Mahacohan orchestrates the organization of civilization, a concept almost too huge to grasp. This energy organizes society, politics, science, etc., all the structures upon which our consciousness rides on earth. Such a vast force affects us on many levels, but when one is ready to serve in a higher way and is looking for more meaning in life, often there will be an attraction to turquoise energy. Turquoise frequencies govern mass communication such as the Internet, books and art, and they allow direct connection to the Masters and teachers. The Mahacohan is on the turquoise ray. Turquoise is also associated with the throat chakra of expression, so coughs, clearings and a gravelly voice indicate changes relating to life purpose. Essence energy This is just a primer into the energy of light frequencies. You can use a direct call to a Master, a color or a request to the Soul to resolve issues of tangled energy. Trying to think it out does not work! Our smaller self is incredibly challenged to try to envision the larger picture of evolution our Soul is holding for us. All thoughts are frequencies. Some are higher and are of a different flavor. Peace is an energy with a high vibration, and one of its manifestations closer to the earth plane is gratitude: same energy, different level. As each of us incarnated, our Soul looked at the opportunities for growth in this lifetime. Certain qualities were sought from this higher level, and they can be understood by us as qualities of light, such as peace, love, clarity, strength, courage, wisdom and many others. If one could see beyond the miasma of tangled energy, there is an essence energy that is trying to manifest, a quality we are attempting to incorporate. This quality is probably a deeply desired one, if one looks beyond the circumstances. If this quality were an integral part of your life, how would your life be different? Getting clear on the essence energy is a solid step towards having more of it. Adding higher frequencies In light courses, there is a process of simply adding a higher frequency to thoughts. This is done in meditation. The thought often changes into many thoughts, but there is softness, and a feeling of deserving or "having" or ease that comes with the new thoughts. For example, if abundance is desired, adding higher frequencies often shifts awareness to how wonderful life may be already. That sets up the release of the "lack" energy that keeps good things away, creating change in the beliefs about limitation. Then the energy field begins to become magnetic to a greater flow. Opening and softness is absolutely required for abundance of anything. More energy cannot come into a closed system, whether that closed system is a tangled mental body or the sense of limitation or lack in life. Another way to grow by frequencies is to go directly to the needed quality. Do you know someone who has a lot of this quality? Every time you think of them, you connect to that quality. Unconditional love, personal power and strength, and the development of clarity are ways to enhance the quality of our lives. Look at a situation in life now. What quality is being developed? Do you know someone who has it? Notice if you hear of or see others who have this quality. Noticing them means you're building it in your energy. Using abundance as an example again, there may be those around you who are getting windfalls, or job promotions. Let yourself enjoy the knowledge that it's getting closer to your physical reality, and it's becoming part of your energy! The simple request Finding the quality directly can be done simply by asking the Soul for more of it. Become clear on this. Intending to have it motivates deep soul urges that can create movement onto a path of greater purpose. What is your purpose? That exists as frequencies, as well. What would give you the very most joy in life? What, if you had it, would excite you to jump out of bed each and every day? This place of deepest desire and joy is where purpose lies. As a teacher, it is difficult to place such large concepts into simple words. If you want to make a difference in the world, you can. But first, it's important to see beyond the illusion of tangled energy of thoughts, worries and emotional upset. Ask your Soul for more of the qualities of light that will set you on your path, even if you don't know exactly what those qualities may be! Notice what colors attract you and wear more of them, because it's a frequency support, even if you don't know what a color means! Ask for the assistance of a high Master aligned with you, even if you don't know who they are! Look at the essence energy and qualities you're attracted to, and move more firmly onto the path of your life purpose with every thought! You wouldn't be drawn to learning about the realms of higher energy unless you were ready to make a greater contribution to life. Everything is preparing you to make a difference. You begin...NOW.
