Return To Your Heart Through Meditation

On your path of spiritual healing, growth and transformation, there are many tools necessary to empower you in this magnificent process. The foundational tool that I have practiced for many years is Meditation. For some of you who have heard about this and not yet learned to practice as yet, it may seem like a mystery. Come with me, dear ones, as I share with you what I have come to know as the way to return to your heart. This is where you begin the journey in learning to love yourself and heal your life.

In the beginning of my "jump" into the path of spiritual healing, I found myself beginning every day seated in my favorite chair. As I listened to my Angel Love Music in the background, I began focusing on my heart. Moving deeply inside myself and allowing myself to feel my heart, hear my heart, tune in to my physical, mental, emotional self, this became my daily routine.

Most days I could not go through the entire day with out finding a need again, to sit down, and move inside myself to this place of meditation.

I found as I developed this pattern of inner connectedness with myself, I needed to also express my gratitude to Spirit...Gratitude for everything and everyone that supported and validated me was essential to be able to move through the day with humility and appreciation. This was absolutely the only way to stay centered and maintain inner balance when the three dimensional world we call reality was not yet matching my inner world. I had much to learn, and much to do, dear hearts. I would imagine as you read along today, this may be very true for you, as well.

Through the practice of meditation, there are many benefits that manifest over time including the following:

- Place of Claiming Your Peaceful Heart

Through this practice of meditation, it is the sacred space you create for yourself to claim your authentic self and connect with Spirit. The benefits are great, providing healing transformation not only to you, but those around you. As you commit to loving yourself through daily practice of meditation, you move into the process of change that you take with you out into your relationships with others.

As you progress in this healing practice, your change changes others...your healing sets an example for those around you of healing change for them. It all begins with your commitment to love yourself! You are capable of learning to do this, and there is only one requirement : Commit to your heart to love yourself and you will find your way!
