| The Transformer Within by Jill Swanson We have infinite access to the Inner Healer, though Transformer is preferable and more accurate. Energy expands as we expand, and we must begin to realize and accept all that we truly are capable of. Consciousness is no longer a luxury. It is time to engage. Think of yourself as a child at play in the neighborhood. It's dinnertime. Mom is calling out the door for you to come home. At first you barely hear her, engrossed in what you are doing. She calls again. this time, you hear her, but you choose not to respond. You choose to ignore her. When she calls the third time, there is no mistaking that it is time to respond. It is time to leave whatever you are doing and return home OR be willing to accept the consequences that promise not to be pleasant or enjoyable. We've all been there. We are all here now. This is your High Self calling. The new energy is here and it is time to respond. The meal promises to be a feast, but how will you know how truly scrumptious the feast is unless you choose to respond? We must remind ourselves often that we chose and agreed to be here at this time to do this pioneering work of transforming consciousness, humanity and the planet (new energy). In the old energy, it would have been similar to being selected for a Nobel Prize, a true honor. Under this agreement, we have a responsibility to the Whole. It is not just about you. Consider that what we do to others, we do to ourselves -- and what we do to ourselves, we do to others. When put in this light, it seems selfish to continue to ignore the call of the power that we possess and could be sharing and contributing to make the life experience and living, better and easier for all. Accessing the energy of transformation Transforming is challenging and there is no manual to refer to, because it has never been done before. First, congratulations! You are about to go where no human has gone before. We are headed into the unknown. This need not be frightening. Everything is all in how you choose to look at it. There is Guidance from the other side of the veil. There is Kryon, Tobias, Orin and DaBen to name a few energy entities who have been helpful to me. As we shift, new information becomes available to aid us on our journey. They have all given the same information about how to access this transformation energy. It is the most stunningly simple thing to do. You may laugh with incredulity or preferably, breathe a sigh of relief to know that all that is required is to BREATHE. Not the shallow way that most of us are used to. Breathe in your Divinity. Breathe in Divine Will. Breathe in Light. Breathe in energy and channel it to where you, the World or the planet experience pain or dis-ease. Breath is the way to dissipate what ails. Breath is what expands consciousness, raises your vibration and changes your frequency. When we breathe and let go and trust, we KNOW peace. If you are not engaging breathwork, I trust you can see how important it is. Breath brings awareness. Awareness that you are more than you pretend to be. Awareness that you are part of the Whole. Awareness that you are a Creator, that you are indeed part of the I AM. Breathing and awareness allow you to access your imagination where your thoughts begin to take form. Energy flows where attention goes. This is why it is so important to focus on what you truly want to create and not on what you don't. This may require thought adjustment. Check what is being mirrored back to you in your life experience and see whether and where a tweek may be needed. As you begin to engage breath, awareness and imagination, have compassion for yourself. This is new territory. If you make a mistake, give yourself a do over. It's OK to choose again. Only when you have compassion for yourself can you have compassion for others. Everyone is doing the best they can with the skills and tools they possess. There are always more tools available to you, but given the same circumstances and conditions, they are you and you are them. Be gentle and non-judgmental. We are Divine Humans. Now you have some serious momentum going. Again, focus on what you want to create, on what is truly important. Be open to the idea that that may not be what you though it was. Get out of your head and into your heart and get out of your own way. This is what works in the new energy. Next, express your awareness, imagination, compassion and focus. Acknowledge fear and doubt, but do not allow it to deter you. You have the ability to choose to give in to it, or not. Be bold and begin to express yourself in ways that you never have before. Look to yourself and your High Self for Guidance. Trust yourself. Remember to be grateful for All That You Are (I AM) and all that you have even in the smallest amounts. Gratitude and praise go a long way in growing whatever it is that you are grateful for and magnetizing it to you in greater abundance. Love, peace, joy, family, friends and yes, money, too. You are truly a powerful Creator. Focusing on what we truly desire at the Soul level and less on what we think we want on the conscious level will bring us closer to our purpose. We always have what we truly need. So if what you have does not seem to be what you want, get out of your head and into your heart and give it a closer look. You may simply need to know yourself better. Most importantly, BE. Through Being we are a Light that teaches by example that it is OK to try, and try again and keep trying. Every moment is new with new energy. What has been done before, has not been done in this moment. If you are experiencing something similar, you can always choose to stop repeating yourself. Give up everything that separates you from your divinity. This is your choice, and no one else's, to make. All at once or a little at a time. Set the intention, claim and invoke your power and follow it up with actions and you can't help but notice a difference, subtle as it may be. And sometimes it may be very subtle. Simply know that everything is appropriate for our growth and evolution. Be sincere and Be and do your best. That's all that is asked of us, that we are asking of ourselves. It is exactly enough.
