| Miracles through Soul Light The Light Page | by Suzie Black You are light. Sometimes you might forget that. At the Soul level, your beauty shines outward into a melody of stunning harmonics that shimmer across consciousness like the aurora borealis. That light coalesces into matter, and becomes you in your life. Sometimes we all get more consumed in the smaller personality issues and forget to look inward and upward to get more light. You might look at your life as an attempt to create on earth the perfection you are at another level. The thirst for spiritual peace is one indication that you are ready to take on more light. We have a tremendous opportunity through a period of several weeks, which began at the Winter Solstice of 2001 and goes into the first weeks of 2002. The light is being broadcast with a new brilliance. YOU are being contacted by your Soul to open to a new possibility. Can you hear it? Feel it? It sings through the very cells of your body, and especially into your heart. The September 11th events heralded a new time in consciousness. We were offered a place to find peace beyond the idea of victim consciousness. We can heal that which is in need of light within each of us. This time can be one of miracles on many levels, including the physical. We are being asked to hold peace and harmony in all new aspects. The steadier the light, the more of it we can each have, the greater the shift that can happen. We are once again being offered a wonderful opportunity. Some may notice the similarity to other times, such as the late '60s, flower children and Woodstock consciousness. This same light was here at that time, or a wave of it was manifest. Around January 11 will be the next arrival of a broader wave or spectrum of this light, or perhaps a higher frequency would be more accurate. Its advent began, as was stated, during the Winter Solstice of 2001. We are experiencing an acceleration of light waveslengths. Now we are getting another solid shift upward. This will happen to those who are aware of it, and those who pretend they are not. The shifts offer a new opening and development in the course of human evolution. They will only be accelerating. Continually gaining in light, and having it manifest in forms in your life is the way to ride these waves. This is a greater harmonic than has yet been offered to us. So the question becomes: Just how much light can you hold in your life? That may be an individual question, but we can address the more basic question, which is: How do you get more light? Well, it comes from the higher dimensions, most often through the vehicle of your Soul. Sometimes it comes directly from a guide, angel or master. It is essential that you get quiet and go within to find this greater light. Let's look at a direct way you can do this. Think of a quality you would like to experience more often, such as inner peace, joy, harmony, clarity, radiance. That quality exists at the Soul level as light -- as frequencies, waves, sometimes color. When you think of your Soul, you access its beauty. You can get this beauty more clearly when you are calm and clear of mind chatter. Your vibrational rate is more receptive if you are in gratitude or experiencing love. But it's available to you in any time, even through the most dramatic events of your life. As you think of your Soul (or an angel, master or guide), imagine that you are breathing in light particles. Soul light often appears quite similar to the inside of a seashell. Follow whatever intuitive impulses you have, or wherever you feel inner direction. As you breathe, imagine the spiritual shimmer moving through your lungs, into your bloodstream. Feeling it move deeper into the cells through the blood, imagine it activating new and higher patterns in your DNA, codes that have just been waiting for the new light. Ask your Soul to fill you with light. The light softly penetrates. When you feel filled with light, turn your awareness to your chakras, letting the light shift them to whatever degree they are willing to shift. You might consider asking for help to open the heart. Much pain is being transformed through the heart in the next several weeks. Imagine the sparkling presence of the light as evolving you, opening up pink and gold in your energy fields. Or any color you are drawn to work with. Wisdom is a golden light. Pink is unconditional love. If you're working with another quality, you may find other visions coming to you. Trust that what you get is perfect for you. Some receive in colors, scents, or a kinesthetic sense of perfection. There is no right or wrong in your Soul's messages to you. Notice the quality of compassion that comes with this light, or the waves of harmony that may spill out into the room. In fact, as you notice this, the light may move out and seek other places that need this light. That can be in your neighborhood, or anywhere on the planet. Don't attempt to "send" it. It has its own capacity to find where it needs to go. It might be into the chakras of the earth, her ley lines, or into other kingdoms such as animals, plants or minerals. Realize that you are reaching into that part of yourself that is timeless and eternal. The unique energy pattern that is you is a melody that brings to the earth the sweetest song of peace, joy and love. The light is always there. If you would like to send a prayer, you might ask that the light you bring be used in the highest way. Sitting in light on a regular basis can change your life. You can be a force of light. You can radiate truth and peace. A student of mine, Michelle, recently announced a startling revelation to her Light Body class on Thursday nights. She had been to the doctor again, another step in the struggle of her years with Hepatitis C. Recommendations were AIDS cocktails, chemotherapy, etc. The medical community often feels that once you contract this disease, especially when it becomes "chronic," you (and your liver in this case) are supposed to struggle with it for life. In previous visits, the doctors had been suggesting some rather toxic forms of management. But in the last several years Michelle had decided to devote herself to light. She began drinking distilled water, taking Milk Thistle and cleaning up the "toxins" in her life and relationships. She began meditation, continued her prayers, cleaned up her diet and some destructive patterns, and added many healing sorts of things as she was drawn; herbs, Aura-Soma, harmonic medicines, sweat lodges, a wide array of ways to elevate her consciousness. Michelle told me the other day that she felt her DNA simply could not hold the disease any longer. It had done what it was supposed to do and freed her from a life of struggle into one of light. So her revelation to the Light Body class was that in this last checkup she was informed that she no longer had hepatitis C. She feels it totally left her system because its work to get her to change was done. If it stayed in her any longer, the human part of her would still have the constant worry of a relapse, and that worry is a toxin in itself. The disease simply left. Her body healed, as had her spiritual self. Another student who has been diagnosed with cancer just called saying the cancer has disappeared from half her organs. This is a landmark in forward growth. My point in telling you these stories is not so you send light to these two instances of miraculous recoveries (which, of course, you CAN!), but to open the understanding that this can happen, now more than ever before. The pattern of light we are in supports incredible change. Healing is just one aspect of potential in this new wave. We are being supported in an attempt to release struggle from the earth. Each time you make a choice for light, you help bring more light to all the kingdoms of light. When you choose struggle, you simply move vibrationally into the existing macrocosm. It's not damaging, per se, but keeps you from evolving. There is no right or wrong. There is just you and the relationship to your Soul. Ask for more light with all the sincerity within you, and everything that happens to you from that moment is preparing you for receiving more. The greatest shifts will be made now by stable, beautiful harmonics. The more peace you experience and the better your life works, the greater the shift available to you. Additionally, you become the doorway that opens the possibility for others to more easily find the way to make the shifts they need. One small point that might be a good reminder: Again, many will be leaving earth life in this time. The vibrational change makes it easier for them to find the new growth possibilities in the next dimension. Send them peace and love on the journey. Once one has felt love, its energy exists into eternity. Every thought of love you have ever had reverberates throughout time. Do you want a final way to receive light? Take a deep breath. Ask for the completion of the circle of love, to once again receive all the love you have given to others; every pet, every sunrise, every note of appreciation you have ever given! Get quiet.
